What we collect
- When you call: your phone number, the time and length of the call, and, if the call is recorded, the recording. Calls may be recorded for quality.
- When you send the quote form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the details you type, and your email if you give it.
- When you visit: standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, kept for security. We also use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, for example which pages are viewed and how often call buttons are tapped. It uses cookies. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Why we collect it
- To answer your request, set up a free quote, and do the work you ask for.
- To check the quality of our service.
- To keep basic records of requests and jobs.
Who we share it with
- The independent, locally owned tree care professional who quotes and performs your job.
- Companies that run our website, forms, phone system and analytics. They handle the data only on our behalf.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the reasons above, and no longer than two years.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, send a request through the contact form. We'll reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
